Dutch Oven Potatoes

Dutch Oven Potatoes

Ingredients:
1 lb bacon
1 lrg onion
10-15 potatoes
1 cup water
Salt
Pepper
cheese

Directions:
Fry bacon in bottom of pot, add all other ingredient Except cheese mix together. Salt and pepper to taste. Cook for 1 hr about 10 coals on the bottom and 14 on the top. Top with cheese. And melt.
