Never Fail Pie Crust

Never Fail Pie Crust

3 cups flour
1 egg
1 tsp salt
1 1/2 cup shortening
6 tbsp water
1 tbsp vinegar

Cut shortening into flour and salt with a fork. Beat egg, vinegar and water together. Slowly add flour mixture to egg mixture. Do not mix more than necessary.
