Broccoli Cheese Soup
Ingredients:
2 c. diced carrots
1 c. diced celery
2-3 c. broccoli
1 can evaporated milk
¾ c. cornstarch
½ large grated onion
2 c. cauliflower
1 can chicken broth
1 lb. grated cheddar cheese
Directions:
Cup up vegetables and cook until tender in a pan of water, DO NOT drain the water. Mix cornstarch with broth; add cheese and milk. Season. Add to vegetables. Cook until tender
