Potato Cheese Soup
3 cup chicken broth
5 cup potatoes (Chopped)
Onions, carrots, celery to taste. Cook until potatoes and veggies are done.
Add:
3/4 cup butter
8 oz Velveeta cheese
Combine in another bowl:
3/4 cup flour
4 cup milk
Add to potatoes and veggies. Cook until hot. Serve with bread bowls or rolls.
